She has been teaching all from kids to elders in all these years and has helped many people by using yoga and meditation to change difficult life situations into gifts for personal growth. In her teaching she also uses her many years of experience of Women circle work, Tantra yoga, Vipassana meditation, Auyrveda and many other spiritual life approaches. Sivananda Hatha yoga
A yoga practice that will brings out the essence and all major benefits of the wonderful Hatha yoga system. The classes contain pranayama, sun salutations, yoga asana and deep relaxation. The asanas will be held steady for some time, keeping the attention inwards, focusing on creating flow, developing inner peace and emphasizing no competition. Everybody can participate. WELCOME.
Heart yoga - A Meditative form of yoga
Through yoga poses, breathing technique and deep relaxation we will release tensions and allowing the energy to flow freely. Heart yoga is a meditative form of yoga based on Hatha yoga and Tantra yoga. We will stay in the yoga positions in up to 10 minutes.
These classes are well suited especially for you who suffers from stress symptoms, or for you who just want to deepen your spiritual practice in a yoga style where there is absolutely no rush. Everybody can participate. WELCOME.
Yoga for Children Class duration: 45 minutes.
I suggest to that the children classes are divided in these groups: 3-5 years: children with parent 5-7 years + 7-10 years without parent
Yoga for Children - Come and have fun - let´s play yoga Yoga strengthens the child´s capacity to learn, increases concentration and develops inner peace. Yoga has a positive effect on the child individual and social development. We will play in a universe of faritales and will be transformed into "yoga- animals". We will do yoga asanas, pranayama and deep relaxation.
