Otto Silverstolpe

Otto lives and runs Borntorpet in Bergslagen with his friends. It's a center for yoga, music, art and sustainable living. He is a masseur and has studied Traditional Thai Yoga massage and Thai Yoga massage combined with Osteopathy at the Sunshine Network in Sweden, India and Thailand.
Thai Yoga massage (TYMA) is an ancient technique with combines deep tissue massage, energy massage, meditation, reflexology, acupressure and stretch techniques from yoga.
During this festival he will conduct small workshops in TYMA that covers the whole body. The lesson is 2hrs and requires soft clothes (same as yoga).
