DANCE, CH’I AND IMPROVISATION with Richard Lee (usa)
Ch’i is energy. This two-week series in Dance, Improvisation, and Ch’i development draws from a variety of influences: Skinner Releasing Technique, Japanese Butoh, Movement Theater, T’ai Chi and Hands-On Bodywork. The goal of Richard’s potent approach to movement is to harmoniously integrate mind, body, ch’i/energy, rhythm, space, self-expression, and creative design. These classes will activate internal forces, relax the body, stimulate playfulness, awaken inner freedom and inspire new and extraordinary movement. These classes are open to everyone with or without dance experience.
